As a UX designer on the Law Gig project, my role was to design a user-friendly and intuitive website that meets the needs of both legal professionals and clients.
Through a deep analysis of competitors and iterative design, I worked to create a platform that is easy to use, secure, and meets the unique needs of the Australian legal industry.
Pain points of Law firms
Staffing Challenges: Law firms often face staffing challenges, such as recruiting and retaining top legal talent, and managing workload fluctuations. This can lead to increased costs and decreased productivity.

This is an old project I did some years ago. My biggest learning from this project was I had to unlearn a lot things. Blindly following some design process doesn’t matter. What matters is to devise a solution that is relevant by any means necessary.
Designing a minimal and easy to use website is much harder to build. Just because we understood the motivations and pain points of Law firms and candidates we were able to come up with a relevant design.
